Skill Level: ALL, some basic binding experience is helpful
Class Description: An agamograph is a type of kinetic art that changes
appearance depending on the viewing angle. This structure is named after Yaacov
Agam to who focused his work on this structure. You will position slices of two
images on an accordion-like structures so that you get two completely different
views, depending on from where you view your agamograph. You can install a
device on the back to hang it from your wall.
Tools and Supplies: All tools and supplies to be provided by registrant. Guidance will be
offered in SDBA’s timely Welcome Letter. There are no special tools or equipment which
will be needed for any of these five classes.
Class Recordings: All class registrants will be given access to the class recording for one
month. Please honor that these recordings are only for registered class participants.
